Welcome to NS999 (the "Platform"), accessible at ns999.cam. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and the NS999 platform operators ("NS999", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the Platform.

4.1 Age Requirement

NS999 reserves the right to restrict, block or deny access to the Platform to any user who violates these Acceptable Use terms, without notice and without liability to that user.

All Content on NS999 — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, reviews, betting glossaries, graphics, logos, design layouts and code — is the intellectual property of NS999 or its content contributors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Platform Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or republish substantial portions of NS999 Content on any other website, platform or publication without written permission.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on NS999 Content.

7.1 No Warranties

NS999 provides the Platform and all Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NS999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express, implied or statutory — regarding the Platform, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 Accuracy of Information

While NS999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that Content is accurate and up to date, the online gambling landscape changes frequently. 7.3 No Financial or Legal Advice

7.5 Platform Availability

NS999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control. NS999 accepts no liability for any inconvenience, loss or damage caused by Platform downtime.

8.1 Payment Provider References

References to Pakistan payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made solely as contextual examples of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. 8.3 No Outbound Commercial Links

Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 as well as other applicable federal and provincial regulations.
